Ok, I need to get something off my chest. NEVER, EVER... EVER would I forget about our very valued end clients. You all mean the world to me not only as clients but as friends of the GVO family.

The reason I am saying this is because I got sort of a nasty Facebook comment that I had "forgotten my roots" and that I have not blogged in a long time to update all of you on what we are working on. Now I agree, it has been a long time... but for the past month I have been out of office traveling. I will do my best to get back to my blogs 2 to 3 times per week like before

We have a great launch of Gogvo.com coming very shortly.. Ill update you more about that on our next blog.

Hi folks,

Today is a busy day for Mike and I. We have to fly to the Canadian border in Buffalo New York to renew our work Visa's here in the USA. Wish us luck!

However, what I mainly want to cover with you is two exciting launches coming. One is a HUGE contest for GVOconference.com and the other is another HUGE launch, going full Spanish for GoGVO.com. The spanish market is one of the largest markets out there. And to my knowledge there are no Spanish web hosts out there to service them in their mother tongue.

Remember, just like I don't speak spanish well, even if you do not either, you can and will still benefit financially by GVO being a full Spanish services provider!!

Hi Everyone,

Thank goodness the fiasco with ATT is over, and thank you for all your kind words during the migration as it was alot of work in a very short period of time. During the fiasco we did the beta launch of 7minuteworkout.com. This beta launch was not the official launch of the opportunity. It was to find people who wanted to learn how to get in great shape in only 7 minutes a day 3 times per week.

Anyway.. during the ATT issues I did a piss poor job of communicating how we will roll out 7mintueworkout.com and how we will be keeping GoGVO.com down line integrity to directly benefit our members of GoGVO.com our flagship matrix. I WANT THIS TO BENEFIT YOU.. my loyalty will always stand with our awesome affiliates already YOU!!

So why am I launching this? Well, to be honest I know a heck of alot more about health, nutrition and fitness than I do about internet marketing.

I tell them the truth, I train no more than 7 minutes a day 3 times per week... and they ALWAYS have the same reaction. NO WAY.. No WAY.. you are pulling my chain.

You see, I studied exercise physiology in school, and I have been a competitive athlete since 11 years old, winning my first natural bodybuilding contest at 17.
